Is this therapy or counselling?

No. This is an empathetic listening and supportive conversation service, not therapy, counselling, medical care, psychiatric care, or emergency support.

How much does a listening session cost?

The inaugural offer is INR 99 / USD 10 for your first 45-minute session. Regular pricing is INR 2,500 / USD 100 per 60-minute session after that.

What can I talk about during an emotional listening session?

You can talk about what is on your mind, including a difficult day, loneliness, relationships, work, feeling overwhelmed, or something you are finding hard to put into words.

Can I talk to someone when I feel lonely?

Yes. Feeling lonely is a valid reason to want a supportive conversation. You can talk about how loneliness is affecting you and what kind of connection or support you may want next.

Can I talk to someone without being judged?

Yes. The intention is to listen respectfully, without shaming, rushing, or pressuring you.

Is emotional listening confidential?

The conversation is intended to be private and respectful. Information submitted through the website may be processed by the providers needed to receive and respond to your enquiry; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Do you give advice during listening sessions?

The focus is listening rather than giving unsolicited advice. A listener may ask gentle questions or reflect what they hear, but this is not professional, medical, or mental-health advice.

Can I book an emotional listening session online?

Yes. Submit the online enquiry form with your preferred language and connection method. We will review it and reply with the next steps.

Are listening sessions available in Hindi?

Before a session is confirmed

An enquiry is not a booking and does not require payment. A session is confirmed only after the session details, timing, and payment arrangements have been agreed.

Inaugural offer

The inaugural offer is ₹99 for the first 45-minute session. If the session has not yet been arranged, you can ask to cancel the enquiry without a session charge.

Cancellation or rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule a session when notice is provided. A session that has already taken place is not eligible for a refund.

Refund requests

If you believe a payment was made in error or a confirmed session could not be provided, contact us with the relevant booking details. We will review the circumstances and confirm the available resolution.
